The Pupil must hold a valid Provisional UK Driving License, or a Full UK Driving License for post Test Driving Tuition.

I Garry Froggatt reserve the right to refuse to conduct any sort of driving tuition with a pupil, if it appears that their eyesight does not meet the requirements required by law.

I Garry Froggatt reserve the right to refuse to conduct, any sort of driving tuition with a pupil, if it appears the pupil is under the influence of alcohol, or drugs misuse. The pupil will be charged for the full lesson price should they be unfit to drive.

I Garry Froggatt also reserve the right to refuse Driving tuition, to any pupil who, wilfully sets out to cause Damage to property belonging to Garry Froggatt or any third party, or Danger to Garry Froggatt, or any other road user as defined in the Highway Code.

I Garry Froggatt reserve the right to refuse tuition to any pupil who is Aggressive or Abusive to me or any other road user as defined in the Highway Code.

I Garry Froggatt reserve the right to cut short or end a Driving Lesson in the interest of safety or to meet the requirements of the Rules laid down by UK Law. This also applies to cancelling a lesson because of bad weather.

Payment for any tuition/services shall be paid at the time of the lesson given, or payments may be made to Garry Froggatt in advance of future lessons, and will be held by Garry Froggatt, until all credit has expired.

The pupil must take the full number of hours paid for to implement the discount. A pupil may request a refund of their money by giving seven days notice to Garry Froggatt. Notice can be given by text, email, or verbally. If a refund is requested, then I Garry Froggatt reserve the right to charge the full lesson price for lessons already taken, and then refund the pupil with the remaining amount of money that has not been used.

In the event of the tuition vehicle being un-roadworthy for any reason, I Garry Froggatt reserve the right to re- arrange the lesson to a future date agreeable to both parties without penalty. This also applies to lessons cancelled by Garry Froggatt due to bad weather.

Garry Froggatt does not recognise, nor will he be held liable for any agreements made between the pupil and any other Driving School.

I Garry Froggatt require 24 hours notice of any lesson which you need to cancel. Any notice less than 24 hours notice will render you liable for the full lesson fee to be paid to Garry Froggatt.

I Garry Froggatt will give the pupil 24 hours notice if I wish to cancel the lesson. If I cannot give you 24 Hours or more notice, then I will give you your next lesson free of charge . There are exceptions to this rule and they are as follows,

If any of the above reasons are the cause of a lesson being cancelled by Garry Froggatt, then the lesson shall be rescheduled to both parties satisfaction.

Any pupil under the age of 18 must show these terms and conditions to their Parent or Guardian for approval. A period of 7 days shall be permitted for this approval, and should the pupil not agree to these conditions in that period, then the pupil must instruct Garry Froggatt of this action.

This is because the Law does not allow a person under the age of 18 years of age, to enter in to a contract of this kind without agreement from a Parent or Guardian.
